
Clonazepam and diazepam found in ‘alprazolam’ pill

A white pressed pill with a score mark expected to contain alprazolam was found to contain clonazepam and diazepam instead. These are benzodiazepines or 'benzos'. What does this mean? Benzos are a drugs typically used to sedate or treat anxiety. Although from the same family of drugs, benzos can vary greatly in potency, onset and effects.
