Ethylbromazolam and bromonordiazepam found in ‘alprazolam’ pill

A broken white pressed pill expected to contain alprazolam was found to contain ethylbromazolam and bromonordiazepam instead. These are benzodiazepines or 'benzos'. What does this mean?
