Recently NSW Health warned of high dose MDMA pills circulating in NSW. Some of these tablets had more than double the usual dose, greatly increasing risk of overdose.
Taking high doses of MDMA can lead to serotonin syndrome. Severe cases of serotonin syndrome can be fatal.
Remember to always start low go slow no matter how familiar you are with a substance.
